Workplace Investigations
We provide the highest levels of independence and impartiality using an evidentiary approach for every investigation. Our investigators hold over 50 years experience in our field, conducting investigations in both the private and public sectors involving complaints of: employee misconduct, grievances, Code of Conduct violations, policy breaches, conflict of interest and hostile work environment.
AWI will dedicate our full attention to your case, free from competing distractions, ensuring a timely and efficient resolution without unnecessary delays.
Emergency Action Plans
Emergency Action Plans outline procedures for employees dealing with crises such as fires, bomb threats, aggressive clients as well as steps to take - and when to take them - in a 'lockdown' or 'hold and secure' situation.
Your EAP is created specifically for your workplace to inform front line staff and supervisors what initial steps to take in a wide variety of emergency situations. They include evacuation routes, communication protocols, and recovery strategies to protect lives and ensure a swift response.
Pre-Employment Screening
Oral interviews are the standard first step to hiring a person for your organization. But pre-employment screening is a critical second step that verifies a candidate's qualifications and suitability for your workspace.
An integrity interview is a voluntary process that confirms applicant lifestyle choices, employment history, education and can include criminal record checks. This process will ensure informed hiring, reduce risk and align new hires with your organization's values.
Organizational Risk Assessments
Organizational Risk Assessments identify threats to your operation and protect your organizational reputation.
AWI will evaluate the likelihood of all risks to your operation and the potential impact of those risks. Assessments will provide strategies to manage organizational vulnerabilities, improving decision-making and resilience.
Compliance Audits
Compliance audits evaluate organizational adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
The team at AWI will identify gaps in employee compliance and recommend improvements, ensuring accountability and mitigating risks while maintaining ethical operations.
